I rarely write reviews on anything, but I just couldn’t resist writing one about this company! Not only are their products above and beyond what you would expect, their customer service is even better! I had ordered this bench and had a little issue with it. I sent an email to the company, and although it was a holiday weekend, they responded and corrected my situation within just a couple of days. I was expecting a big hassle that comes with a lot of online shopping. But I didn’t get any negativity from this company! They said they just wanted to make things right to have a happy customer. Well, they not only succeeded, they now have a customer for life! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is searching to purchase from them.

Overall, the bike's body and compartments are very solid and strong. It gives off a vibe that feels like it would last a long time. The step by step guide book is very easy to follow. Just make sure to put a cover on top of the seat so that it doesn't hurt that much.
...that cost a star. The shelves are too short considering the cost ~ just under $200. Otherwise, love it!
I often have goods shipped to our vacation property and so my billing address and shipping address can be different. When ordering my large kitchen trash can I over-rode the home address but failed to note that all details weren’t correct. The mistake was the zip code. Somehow the delivery company overlooked any of the address detail, focused on the zip code and found the billing address to follow instead. When asked what could be done as we needed the delivery 16 hour drive away, we were told it was our mistake for not making sure the address was accurate and we could simply order a new one then return the other one (at our expense) to the company. I wasn’t wild about that suggestion and have since opted to never purchase from Ohwill again.

I bought this bench and loved it, but the holes did not line up which made it impossible to assemble. I sent an email to [****] (per the instruction on my order confirmation email ), with Photos, and requested a refund or replacement. My order number was OW18304US. However, I was in a hurry to have this bench so I ordered another one today. I hope to be reimbursed for the defect effective bench.

The canopy tent was relatively easy to set up. Held up well during several wind & rain storms. Very pleased!

The bookcase is nice…not too hard to assemble, fits a lot, and the size is perfect for my office! The only issue I have is that the wood color is not as light as I had hoped, but it complements a light oak desk just fine!
We received the bed frame quickly, and the assembly process was simple. It is made of high-quality materials and has a sturdy structure. However, the packaging did not provide adequate protection.
The table is nice looking and sturdy. It helps to have a second person when assembling. Follow the instructions carefully.
I am very pleased with the quality and features of the day bed with trundle. Assembly was easy and quicker than anticipated. My Twelve-year-old grandson helped me put it together. I appreciate that the day bed and trundle are designed to use standard-sized twin mattresses. Thanks for good service at a great price.
