Superb Company

I rarely write reviews on anything, but I just couldn’t resist writing one about this company! Defective Bench

I bought this bench and loved it, but the holes did not line up which made it impossible to assemble. I sent an email to [****] (per the instruction on my order confirmation email ), with Photos, and requested a refund or replacement. My order number was OW18304US. However, I was in a hurry to have this bench so I ordered another one today. I hope to be reimbursed for the defect effective bench.
