I often have goods shipped to our vacation property and so my billing address and shipping address can be different. Somehow the delivery company overlooked any of the address detail, focused on the zip code and found the billing address to follow instead. When asked what could be done as we needed the delivery 16 hour drive away, we were told it was our mistake for not making sure the address was accurate and we could simply order a new one then return the other one (at our expense) to the company. I live in a very small studio apartment! This trash can is the perfect size, and the silent soft-close lid is something I never thought I'd need. The hands-free foot switch completely changes my experience using trash cans that require manual opening. While it takes a little time to stuff the trash bag into the hole, it's not a big deal. It would be even better if there were clips or rings to secure the trash bag/liner. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

It works normally, but after the first cleaning, one of the lids could not be completely closed, and we cannot find the reason.
